Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs

  • 2 pounds beef back ribs
  • 1 (6 ounces) can tomato paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the water, tomato paste, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and salt, stirring to dissolve the brown sugar and salt.
  2. Stir the short ribs into the sauce to coat them. Cook for 8 hours on low with the lid on.
