- 2 eggs
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon chives, chopped
- In a large mixing bowl add eggs and whisk until combined well.
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan.
- Pour egg mixture into the pan and stir well.
- Cook eggs by stirring continually for few seconds.
- When eggs are properly cooked transfer them into a serving platter.
- Season scrambled eggs with salt and black pepper.
- Sprinkle chives on top.
- Serve and enjoy.
