  • 2 eggs
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chives, chopped


  • In a large mixing bowl add eggs and whisk until combined well.
  • Melt butter in a non-stick pan.
  • Pour egg mixture into the pan and stir well.
  • Cook eggs by stirring continually for few seconds.
  • When eggs are properly cooked transfer them into a serving platter.
  • Season scrambled eggs with salt and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle chives on top.
  • Serve and enjoy.
