Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon chives, chopped
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl add eggs and whisk until combined well.

Melt butter in a non-stick pan.

Pour egg mixture into the pan and stir well.

Cook eggs by stirring continually for few seconds.

When eggs are properly cooked transfer them into a serving platter.

Season scrambled eggs with salt and black pepper.

Sprinkle chives on top.
