Scrambled Eggs


  • 2 eggs
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chives, chopped


  1. In a large mixing bowl add eggs and whisk until combined well.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the pan and stir well.
  4. Cook eggs by stirring continually for few seconds.
  5. When eggs are properly cooked transfer them into a serving platter.
  6. Season scrambled eggs with salt and black pepper.
  7. Sprinkle chives on top.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
