Ingredients
- 1 whole skinless chicken, cleaned
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder (optional)
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce

- Preheat oven at 355 degrees F
- In a mixing bowl all seasonings and mix well.
- Rub the mixture on the chicken until it is coated well with the seasoning.
- Transfer the chicken in an aluminum lined roasting pan or in a baking tray.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is nicely browned from top and cooked thoroughly. - Serve chicken roast with tomato sauce or chili sauce.
