  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 355 degrees.
  2. In a roasting pan add brussels sprouts and salt, pepper, garlic, and lime juice, toss well to combine.
  3. Transfer the pan into the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked nicely.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
