One Pan Sausage, Broccolini & Pesto Pasta – Easy and Delicious Recipe

One Pan Sausage, Broccolini & Pesto Pasta

The preparation of this one-pan Sausage, Broccolini, and Pesto Pasta dish is short, as is the cooking time and the clearing of dishes when it has been served. This fast and simple meal that only requires one pan to prepare is packed with flavor because to the inclusion of chorizo sausages, broccolini, penne pasta, feta, and sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Onion, diced into little pieces
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 100 g Crumbled feta
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 250 milliliters of sour cream
  • 3 cups of Countdown’s Own penne pasta, boiled and drained
  • Countdown’s Own broccolini, one bunch in total
  • One package of pork and beef chorizo sausages made by Countdown’s Own
  • One tablespoon of Countdown’s Own basil pesto.
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Three whole cloves of garlic, smashed

Instructions:

  1. Remove the casings from the sausages and roll each into three separate balls; alternatively, split the sausages into pieces for a more homey appearance. Remove four centimeters from the bottom of each broccoli floret, then cut it into pieces one centimeter long.
  2. Bring the oil to a temperature of around medium in a large frying pan. To soften the broccolini, add the onion, garlic, and all of the broccolini, and simmer for another 4 or 5 minutes. Take the food out of the pan.
  3. After cooking for ten minutes, add the meatballs and continue to cook until they are gently browned.
  4. Give the spaghetti a good stir, then throw the veggies back in with the sour cream and pesto, and cook it all the way through.
  5. Season it and mix in the basil leaves and feta cheese before the dish is served. To be served hot.
