- 1kg tripe (beef)
- water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of paprika
- salt
Instructions:
- Tripe should be washed and chopped into small pieces. Bring the tripe to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cook for three hours.
- To taste, season with pepper, salt, onion, and paprika.
- More water should be added. Simmer for another 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
