Egg biryani

This is one egg and rice meal where the eggs are cooked with spices and combined with rice and whole seasonings and cooked in the microwave. Microwave the egg and rice curry for 25 minutes in complete powder, covered in a borosilicate glass, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 onions sliced
  • 2 onions sliced fine and crispy fried
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Mixture of whole spices or 2 tbsp store bought Biryani masala
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 to 5 cloves
  • 2 to 3 cardamom
  • handful dried rose petals [optional]
  • 1 mace [optional]
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg[optional]
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds [optional]
  • 1/2 tsp whole white pepper[optional]
  • Wet spice
  • 3 onions
  • 50 gm ginger

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onions until they turn brown
  2. Add whole spices
  3. Grind the wet spices together
  4. Add the wet ground spices and saute
  5. Add tomato paste
  6. Add chili powder
  7. Add whipped yoghurt

Aggregation

  1. Put a bowl of egg spice mixture
  2. Add a layer of rice
  3. Put a layer of crunchy onions
  4. Repeat with the egg mixture
  5. Put rice on top
  6. Add 1/2 cup of milk with sauce
  7. Add half a cup of milk with the soaked saffron
  8. Apply in micro on full power covered from 20 to 25 Minutes
  9. and in a micro uncovered for 5 minutes
