Dressed Eggs Recipe
Dressed eggs recipe The first time I try to cook dressed eggs, It was simple and easy. This recipe takes me back to my high school days, cooking with some food of the culture. What I try is the true dressing of a combination of parsley and garlic.

Ingredients:
- 8 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- Paprika
- Olive Oil
- 1/2 to 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Salt, garlic powder, and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Remove the yolks from all of the eggs by peeling them, cutting them in half, and placing them in a medium basin.
- With a fork, thoroughly mash your egg yolks.
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon POUPON mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
- Using a pastry bag or a spoon, dollop the mixture into the eggs.
- Top with paprika and chopped chives, then drizzle with olive oil to finish. Chill before serving.
