Baked cabbage steak

This roast cabbage dish will take everyone by surprise. Easy, healthful, and delectable side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cabbage, sliced 1 inch thick
  • 6 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange on a baking tray the cabbage slices greased with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake 40 to 55 minutes, until tender.
  3. Served with steak or fish.
