- 1 head cabbage, sliced 1 inch thick
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange on a baking tray the cabbage slices greased with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
