½cupsugar
1egg yolk
1teaspoonlemon juice
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking sheets with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
Make the Raspberry Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, water, and cornstarch. Cook on low heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and lemon juice, beating until smooth.
