Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

These Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are filled with peppers, onions, and stringy cheese. Perfect for dinner !!
At every dinner, my husband and my daughter like very much to eat Philly Cheesesteak Sliders, because it is so delicious and tasty.

Ingredients:
  • 12 Slider rolls
  • 1 pound Thinly sliced steak
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Green pepper, diced
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Onion, finely diced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
  1. Separate the rolls into tops and bottoms, and lay the bottoms in an 11″ x 7″ baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet, cook the steak flesh, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside once you’ve finished cooking.
  3. Saute the peppers and onions until soften.
  4. Spread a little layer of mayo on the tops and bottoms of the rolls to prepare them.
  5. Spread the steak, peppers, and onions evenly over the bottom pieces of bread in the baking dish once the meat, onions, and peppers have done cooking.
  6. Over the peppers and onions, spread a layer of provolone cheese.
  7. 1 tablespoon finely diced raw onions and melted butter in a small basin
  8. Brush the tops of the bread with the butter mixture after placing the top pieces of bread on top of the cheese
  9. Bake for 10 minutes with foil on top, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes (or until cheese is melted).
  10. Enjoy.
