Instructions
Prepare the Breading Station: Set up three shallow bowls— one with flour mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with panko breadcrumbs.
Bread the Ravioli: Coat each ravioli in flour, dip in egg, then dredge in breadcrumbs, ensuring it’s completely covered.
Fry the Ravioli: Heat oil in a deep fryer or pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry ravioli in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on a wire rack.
Serve: Arrange fried ravioli on a platter, garnish with Parmesan and parsley, and serve with marinara sauce on the side.
Notes
Air Fryer Option: For a healthier version, preheat your air fryer to 400°F and cook the breaded ravioli for 6-8 minutes, until crispy.
Oven-Baked Option: Preheat oven to 425°F, place breaded ravioli on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Storage and Reheating: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the oven or air fryer to retain crispiness.
Customization: Feel free to experiment with different fillings and breadcrumbs for new flavor profiles.
